We only offer exchanges or refunds if the item is damaged or faulty.

How do I install my harl + rem magnetic wall decal?
- Peel part of the plastic backing and place the adhesive on your desired area.
- Slowly peel the rest of the plastic and smooth area as you go removing any air bubbles.
- Once applied with your hands or dry soft cloth rub over the decal to ensure the adhesive is firmly on the wall.

Where can my harl + rem magnetic wall decal be placed?
We recommend using our decal on clean, smooth painted walls.
The decal can also be used on smooth wood, glass, doors and melamine.

Can my harl + rem magnetic wall decal be removed?
Yes our decals can be removed, we recommend taking caution when removing. Using a hair dryer to heat the adhesive can improve the removal process.
Please note harl + rem are not liable for any damage caused to walls during the application or removal process.
What can I use to draw on my harl + rem magnetic wall decal?
Our wall decals are compatible with washable markers, washable crayons, chalk and washable paints.
How do I clean my harl + rem magnetic wall decal?
You can clean your decal with a baby wipe or a soft cloth with plain water.
If you have a stubborn mark you can use a mild spray and wipe.
Are all magnets compatible with my harl + rem magnetic wall decal?
Our wall decals and compatible with most magnets, we recommend low profile and lighter magnets to ensure they stick.
