Welcome to harl + rem! We are dedicated to providing you with the best delivery experience. We offer free shipping for orders over $200, we provide both standard shipping storewide as well as express shipping on our clothing Australia wide. The shipping fee will be calculated at check out. 

We are pleased to offer shipping worldwide for our clothing. Shipping fee will be calculated at check out.

We are committed to dispatching your order within 24 hours.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please inspect your order upon arrival, if any item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item contact us immediately so we can come to a solution. 

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

 

EXCHANGES

We understand there are circumstances where the size might not be the right fit, we offer exchanges for incorrect sizing, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
You must return the item must be returned in the exact same condition it was delivered, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging. 

The buyer will cover all delivery costs.

Any items purchased under sale cannot be returned.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days at info@harlandrem.com.au

When contacting us please provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • A description of the defect along with photos
  • Any relevant details

    We will then assess the item and if approved will provide return and refund information.

    Please note we reserve the right to refuse a refund if damage is due to mishandling or misuse.
